Service Description

PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma, is an injection treatment using a concentrated portion of the patient’s own blood components. It may be considered for selected tendon, ligament, joint and soft tissue conditions after doctor assessment. PRP may be suitable for selected cases of tendon pain, ligament injury, plantar fasciitis, sports-related soft tissue injury and certain joint conditions. More than one session may be recommended depending on the condition and response to treatment. Suitability will be assessed by the doctor before treatment.
